Acceptable use

Everline is intended for legitimate business communications to recipients who are authorized to receive them. These rules apply to every channel, route, retry and fallback in an activated service.

Approved business communications

Subject to the written order, provider rules and applicable law, approved uses may include requested authentication codes, order and account notifications, customer-requested support and legitimate opted-in marketing over approved messaging channels.

Voice is limited to recipient-requested Voice OTP authentication. Everline does not offer telemarketing, marketing calls, outbound sales calls, robocall campaigns or other voice campaigns. An allowed messaging use does not automatically authorize a voice fallback.

Permission must match the message and channel

You must have the permission or other legally valid authority required for the recipient, purpose, destination and channel. Keep adequate evidence of when and how permission was obtained, what the recipient agreed to and any later withdrawal. An existing customer relationship is not a universal substitute for required consent.

Honor opt-outs, suppression requests, applicable timing restrictions and provider rules. Make the sender and the message's purpose clear. A fallback must remain within the scope of the recipient's permission and must not contact someone who opted out. Do not evade consent, suppression or channel restrictions by rotating numbers, identities, accounts or providers.

Traffic we do not allow

  • Unsolicited bulk messages or campaigns using bought, rented, scraped or otherwise improperly obtained recipient lists.
  • Telemarketing, marketing calls, unsolicited calls, voice campaigns or Voice OTP not requested by the recipient.
  • Sender or caller-ID spoofing, impersonation, deceptive affiliation, hidden sender identity or misleading message purpose.
  • Phishing, credential theft, malware, fraudulent payment requests, scams or deceptive investment and income claims.
  • Harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, exploitation or content facilitating unlawful harm.
  • Promotion, sale or facilitation of illegal goods or services, or activity prohibited for the approved channel, jurisdiction or payment arrangement.
  • Attempts to circumvent a provider review, legal restriction, recipient complaint, traffic limit or suspension.

No payment abuse or cash-out activity

Do not use Everline for card or payment-method testing, fabricated purchases, money transmission, payments on behalf of undisclosed third parties, shared-fund arrangements, gift-card schemes or cash-out activity. Do not sell, trade, transfer or redeem service credits outside the refund policy.

Orders must represent a real purchase of Everline's own services for the identified customer's approved use. The name assigned to a business or campaign does not change what it actually does.

Protect accounts and personal data

Do not attempt unauthorized access, probe another customer's data, overload infrastructure, distribute malicious code or defeat authentication, billing or security controls. Do not share production credentials with unauthorized parties.

Use only the data needed for the approved communication. Do not upload live recipient data before production processing has been authorized under a completed agreement. Sensitive or specially regulated information requires an explicit assessment and written authorization. Do not include it in general website or email inquiries.

Approval can be narrower than this policy

A channel, destination or provider may impose additional restrictions, registrations, sender verification or content requirements. We must disclose the conditions that apply to an order before use. Everline may decline a business or use case that cannot be supported lawfully or under the relevant provider conditions.

This policy is Everline's own service policy. It is not a statement that any payment processor or communications provider has approved Everline or a customer's activity.

Review, suspension and abuse reports

For an activated service, we may request reasonable information needed to assess consent, sender authority or suspected abuse, and restrict affected traffic or suspend access when necessary to protect recipients, the service or legal obligations. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the concern and the steps needed to resolve it. Urgent risks may require immediate action.

Report abuse to contact@everlinegloballlc.com. Include the sender, date, approximate time and a description of the unwanted message, with unnecessary personal information removed. Never send an active password or authentication code. Balance reconciliation and any refund remain subject to the refund policy and applicable rights.
