From purchase to service activation
Your accepted order identifies the digital service, purchased units and activation requirements. After purchase, we verify the order and payment confirmation, review the business, sender and use case, and complete any required channel approvals before enabling production access.
Order confirmation and service activation are separate steps. We provide an activation notice when the agreed access is ready; selecting a pack or viewing documentation alone does not authorize live traffic. For an activation question, email contact@everlinegloballlc.com.
What we agree before accepting payment
- The customer and approved business use case.
- The channels, sender identities, countries or destinations and routes being purchased.
- The unit definition, currency, price, taxes and credit validity.
- The rate card, including SMS segments and the charging treatment of attempts, retries and fallback.
- The activation prerequisites, agreed activation date, delivery method and support contact.
- The applicable policies, any specifically purchased setup work and, where personal data is involved, the completed data processing terms.
These details belong in the written order. Channel and destination availability must be confirmed for your business; general website information does not replace that confirmation.
Activation prerequisites
Activation requires payment confirmation and the agreed review of the customer, business, use case and sender. Depending on the selected channel, a carrier or channel provider may need to approve a sender, business identity, template or other routing requirement. Customers must provide accurate information and evidence of recipient permission when required.
We do not promise a universal instant-activation period. The specific date and dependencies must be accepted before payment. If a prerequisite cannot be met or a dependency changes, we will discuss the impact and any proposed revised date. A revised date requires your agreement.
How the digital service is delivered
For an accepted production order, delivery consists of the access and service units expressly listed in that order, such as access to an approved messaging interface or API and a record of the purchased balance. The activation notice must identify what has been enabled and how to access it securely.
An order confirmation or payment receipt is not, by itself, proof that a sender or route has been approved. Do not send live traffic until activation is confirmed and the instructions for your approved service have been supplied.
Service units and message outcomes
Before sending, you must be able to determine the applicable unit consumption or quoted charge. A long SMS can use several segments. Channel and country rates can differ, and fallback can create more than one chargeable attempt. The order must distinguish an attempted handoff, provider acceptance and a reported delivery.
Actual outcomes depend on recipient availability, permission, sender status, destination restrictions and the selected provider. We do not guarantee receipt merely because a message was submitted. Any delivery guarantee or service remedy must be expressly stated in the order.
If the agreed activation date is missed
If we cannot activate the agreed service by the date accepted before payment, you may cancel the unprovided portion and request a refund of the unused amount paid for it, or agree to a revised date. If activation is refused after review, unused amounts are handled under the same principle, with any separately agreed work assessed according to what was actually provided.
Contact contact@everlinegloballlc.com with your order reference. See Refunds and cancellation for the request process. No shipping or restocking fee applies.
