Terms of service
These terms govern use of Everline's website and business messaging services. The scope, pricing and activation requirements for your service are recorded in an accepted order.

Who you are dealing with
The seller is Everline Global, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company formed on August 27, 2025. Our website is send.everlinegloballlc.com. Contact us at contact@everlinegloballlc.com.
Our registered office for legal notices is 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Our registered agent is Legalinc Corporate Services Inc. This is a registered office for legal notices only; it is not a customer support desk or a stated operating location.
Website information and service access
Use this website to review service options, credit packs, integration information and the policies that apply to your order. Browsing product information, selecting a pack or copying an API example does not by itself place an order, charge a payment method or activate a messaging account.
Production access follows an accepted order, payment confirmation and completion of the required business, sender and use-case checks. Email links open your email application; an inquiry is sent when you send the message. Do not include recipient lists, payment card details, passwords or authentication codes in an ordinary inquiry.
A written order comes before payment
Production services are for business customers acting through an authorized representative. Browsing this website does not place an order. Before accepting payment, we must agree a written order identifying the customer, approved use case, available channels and destinations, service units, rate card, purchase currency, total price, applicable taxes, activation date, credit expiration date and any separately priced work.
The order must also identify the applicable versions of these terms and the policies it incorporates. Processing of recipient personal data requires a completed data processing agreement and approved operational schedules before activation. Any provider-specific conditions and restrictions must be disclosed before you commit.
The service you purchase
Everline's service combines software access with routing and orchestration for approved SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, requested Voice OTP and email use cases. Availability depends on the agreed sender, destination, channel and provider approval. Voice is limited to recipient-requested authentication; telemarketing, marketing calls and voice campaigns are not offered.
Routing and fallback can involve separate chargeable attempts. An accepted request, a provider handoff and a confirmed delivery are different events. A message cannot be guaranteed to arrive simply because a request was accepted. The order and rate card must explain the charging event and how rejected, failed, retried or fallback attempts are treated.
Prepaid service units
Credit packs are prepaid units usable only for Everline's own services under your order. They are not a bank balance, investment, general-purpose wallet, gift card or payment instrument. They cannot be transferred, resold, traded, pooled between unrelated customers, used to pay another merchant or redeemed for cash, except for a refund available under our refund policy or mandatory law.
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase; the exact expiration date must be recorded before payment. Packs do not renew automatically. There is no recurring billing, automatic subscription renewal or automatic top-up. Purchasing another pack requires a separate affirmative order.
One credit does not necessarily equal one delivered message. SMS length and encoding can create several segments; channel, destination, route and fallback choices can change unit consumption. The exact unit definition and rates must be stated in the written order before payment. We must explain deductions before use and maintain a record distinguishing purchased units from free promotional units. A promotion has only the value and conditions expressly disclosed with it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the lawfulness of your communications, the accuracy of account information, authorization to use sender identities, required recipient permissions, records of those permissions and honoring opt-outs across every channel and fallback path. Keep production credentials private and promptly report suspected misuse.
Use must follow our Acceptable use policy and the rules that apply to the approved channel and destination. Provider approval does not replace a legal basis for contacting a recipient. Switching channels must never bypass an opt-out, consent limit, sender restriction or quiet-hours requirement.
Activation, cancellation and refunds
Payment confirmation alone does not activate production. We must complete the agreed business, sender and use-case review and provide the access described in your order. See Delivery and activation for the process and the remedy if an agreed activation date is missed.
You may request a refund for eligible unused purchased credits within 30 calendar days of purchase. The refund is calculated proportionally from the original purchase price and unused purchased units, excluding free bonus units. See the complete Refund and cancellation policy. Account closure does not remove rights to billing corrections, services not provided or remedies required by law.
Protecting the service
For an activated service, we may restrict the affected traffic or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, abuse, a material security risk, a binding legal request or a provider restriction. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason and what is needed to resolve it. A serious or urgent risk may require immediate action.
We will assess any remaining balance under the order and refund policy. Suspension is not an automatic forfeiture of all prepaid amounts, and it does not excuse payment for services actually provided.
Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the content and data you provide. For an activated service, you authorize the processing and transmission needed to perform your documented order, subject to the data processing agreement and applicable law.
Everline and its licensors retain rights in the software, site design and original materials. You may access the website and evaluate service information for your business. Do not misrepresent its origin, redistribute it as your own service or use it to infringe another party’s rights. The software access rights included in a purchase are described in the order.
Service commitments and resolving a concern
Service commitments are those expressly included in an accepted order. Carrier availability, third-party approvals and destination restrictions may affect delivery. Channel names, code examples and route information do not expand the service scope or establish a provider endorsement, certification or delivery guarantee.
If you have a concern, email us with the order reference and a clear description so we can investigate. Nothing here prevents a lawful complaint, payment dispute or other mandatory remedy. Any negotiated liability limit, governing law or dispute forum must be stated in the signed order; this page does not create an undisclosed waiver of rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update the website terms prospectively and show the updated date. An update does not silently rewrite an existing signed order, reduce a refund already owed or change the price of services already purchased. Changes affecting an active order must follow that order's change process and applicable law.
