Who is responsible
Everline Global, LLC is responsible for personal information it uses to answer inquiries, administer its business relationships and meet its own legal obligations. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@everlinegloballlc.com.
Our registered office for legal notices only is 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. The registered agent is Legalinc Corporate Services Inc.
Information involved in website visits
The public website provides product, pricing, contact and policy information. Its interface choices, such as the selected pack, an open menu or a code tab, run in the browser and are not submitted as an account application. Fonts are served with the site.
The site does not intentionally set cookies or use browser local storage, and it does not load analytics scripts, advertising trackers or social tracking pixels. See our Cookies and browser storage notice.
The server or hosting service that serves the website may receive technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, request time, browser details and an error status. This information may be needed to serve the site, investigate faults and protect it from abuse.
Information you choose to send
Email links open your own email application with the recipient and, where appropriate, a suggested subject. Merely clicking a link does not submit an inquiry to Everline. If you send an email, we receive your email address, the name you provide, the message and any attachments, along with normal email delivery information.
We use that correspondence to answer the request, discuss a possible order, address a support or billing issue, investigate abuse, or handle a privacy matter. Provide only what is necessary. Please do not email payment card numbers or CVCs, passwords, live authentication codes or recipient lists.
Why we use information
We use inquiry and relationship information to communicate with you, take steps you request before a contract, administer a contract, prevent misuse and maintain records needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. We do not use website visits to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where a law requires a specific legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity: steps requested before or performance of a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, keeping records and protecting the service, subject to the required balancing of interests; or consent where required. Consent to marketing is separate from sending a support inquiry and may be withdrawn where applicable.
Recipient data in an activated service
A business customer generally determines whom to contact and why. When Everline processes recipient data only on that customer's documented instructions, the customer acts as controller and Everline acts as processor, or the equivalent roles under applicable law. If the customer itself acts for another controller, that relationship and its authorization must be documented.
Some communications providers may have separate legal responsibilities for network operations or legally required records. Their roles must be identified before activation. Any information Everline uses for its own billing, business administration, security or legal obligations must also be distinguished from processing carried out solely for the customer.
Do not submit recipient lists or message content through general website inquiries. A signed Data processing agreement, completed processing details and approved operational safeguards are required before that processing begins.
How long information is kept
We retain inquiries and business records only for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, administer the relationship, resolve a dispute, prevent misuse or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We consider the nature of the information, the purpose, contractual requirements and any legally required retention before deciding when to delete or de-identify it.
Message content, delivery records, consent evidence, support records and backups require a documented retention and deletion schedule before service activation. The schedule for the accepted order specifies the applicable periods and deletion process.
Security and international handling
We seek to limit information to what is needed and to restrict access to people who have a legitimate reason to handle it. Do not send sensitive material through an ordinary inquiry. No website or email service can promise absolute security.
Supplier locations and the routes selected for a production service may involve international handling. Before activation, the parties must identify those locations and use any transfer assessment, contractual terms or other safeguards that applicable law requires. This notice does not claim that publishing it alone authorizes an international transfer.
Your privacy choices and requests
Depending on your location, the applicable law and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. You may also have a right to withdraw consent, appeal a decision or complain to a competent privacy authority. These rights are not identical in every jurisdiction.
Email contact@everlinegloballlc.com with enough detail to identify the request. We may reasonably verify your identity or authority before disclosing information, and will explain any legal limits on the request. We handle applicable requests within the period required by law.
If your request concerns a message sent by one of our business customers, contact that sender where possible. Where Everline acts only as processor, we will route the request to the responsible customer and assist under the applicable agreement rather than make unauthorized decisions about that customer's data.
Business audience and changes
The service is intended for business use and the website is not directed at children. Do not provide children’s information through the site. If you believe such information has been sent to us, contact us so we can assess and address it.
We will update this notice if our data practices change. Any new account, payment, messaging or tracking function must be accompanied by the relevant disclosures and legally required choices before it processes personal information.
