Service providers and subprocessors
Suppliers are identified according to the service they provide and the data they handle. The provider register for an order must be disclosed and approved before those suppliers process customer recipient data.

Website delivery and correspondence
Website hosting involves the technical requests needed to deliver the site. When you email Everline, the relevant email services handle that correspondence. Fonts are served with the site, and these pages do not embed analytics or advertising trackers.
Website and correspondence suppliers are distinct from the messaging, routing and payment providers selected for an order. Contact us for supplier information relevant to your inquiry or business relationship.
Supplier categories and disclosure requirements

These categories describe supplier roles; they do not authorize an unnamed supplier to process Customer Data.
What must be disclosed before activation
Before any provider handles production personal data, the applicable register and order must identify its legal name, service purpose, controller or processor role, relevant data categories, processing and access locations and applicable transfer safeguards. The parties must also approve the actual security and retention arrangements for the processing.
A carrier can have its own legal responsibilities for a defined purpose; it is not automatically a subprocessor for every activity. Those distinctions must be documented for the selected route. See the Data processing agreement for authorization and change conditions.
Supplier changes and requests
For an activated service, any general subprocessor authorization must include advance notice and a meaningful opportunity to object on reasonable data protection grounds before a new provider handles the Customer’s data. If no lawful, acceptable arrangement can be agreed, the affected processing must not proceed.
